GRANNY’S GOSSIP: FRIDAY NIGHT A2 Ladies, Hear they had a great game with a sub goalie, not a lot of info coming out from there, so sorry was unable to attend but they had a win and all survived. SATURDAY MORNING E GRADE This was a much better game from these youngsters playing a more controlled and passing game. As they are so strong as a team our little goalie does not see much action, but when the time came she was more than ready to do with several nice saves. Another win and making plenty of chances for more goals. Improving every time with better team work and choices, all growing into the game. Good Job Girls.. D GRADE. Some very fine work in running down the ball giving more angled passes also long balls, necessary on grass. a fine adjustment from the turf game. Another win for them as well. All the juniors are doing a wonderful job going to be a credit to the club in future years. RESERVE GRADE, Ladies this would have been one of your best games ever, the passing the linking and the determination to win the ball was outstanding. Keep playing to that incredible level and you will be unbeatable. A great game to watch nice work. A win against Norths. R2 GRADE: After last weeks game you ladies looked determined to put up a fight, plenty of talking during warm up made for a nice team spirit. A little slow off the blocks, but came home in a most pleasing passing and trapping game. The Second half was more like the way you usually play, a good improvement for all, a mention to Jazz she had a blinder even coming back after a hit to the head. The seniors around her had all the confidence to give her the ball that,s great to see. A soft goal to Hancocks did not improve their playing at all. A GREAT WIN. Have not posted scores as I did not want to make a mistake. will do so later. A GRADE had the Bye. HAPPY HOCKEY ALL.
